To receive property access code, guests must e-sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID. ~Security Deposit~ A $500 security deposit hold will be charged off-platform 7 days before check-in. The hold will be released within 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or need for excess cleaning. ~Vacationing with Pets~ * We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) * Contact us for pet approval–Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications, Pet Rules and Pet Fee apply. * Be sure to add the number of pets in your booking request (Under Guests>Scroll down to Pets) so the Pet Fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay is properly included in your booking amount. * We provide a 24”x36” kennel, 2 dog bowls and poop bags. ~Refunds~ Direct bookings provide guests with the best rates by avoiding platform service fees. While we strive to ensure a perfect stay, we cannot offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or personal reasons. Jeana's house was absolutely incredible. We stayed for three nights and had our wedding ceremony in the front yard. The house was the perfect space for our intimate wedding! The house was very clean, had lots of amenities (including a super thoughtful smores kit), and the beds and bedding were amazing and so comfortable! We took advantage of the fire pit each night which was so relaxing. Jeana also gave lots of local recommendations which were do helpful! She was super responsive and was always on top of everything. The view from the house was breathtaking. We highly recommend Jeana's house - it made for an unforgettable trip!

Our family had a wonderful time! We want to come back ASAP! There is so much to do at the house alone, never really caring to adventure out and explore the town of Bethel! The place is peaceful and has a beautiful view! We loved the hot tub and game room.

We spent a long weekend at Jeana’s place with a very large group of family and friend with children and infants and it was the perfect location! The home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and so many different spaces for all ages. The area is peaceful and ideal for a quiet, stress free getaway with a local public beach less than 15minutes away. The fire-pit, playground, hot tub and sauna did not disappoint. Jeana was extremely responsive, quick to provide any assistance needed to make the trip a memorable one. We truly enjoyed our time, the hospitality and the home! Thank you Jeana and family, we look forward to returning!

We had a great stay! Everything went exactly as planned and the host was amazing super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The place was clean, cozy, and super comfortable. The kids especially loved the complimentary marshmallows and s’mores such a thoughtful touch! I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical at first about the $500 deposit, but this place is 100% legit and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Beautiful landscaping, brand new equipment, and a home-like feel. We are two family with 7 children, traveling with our parents, ranging in age from 2 to 72, and everyone were able to find a suitable place. On the first night, we found that the upstairs toilet was a little clogged, and the owner immediately came to fix it the next morning. The communication was smooth and the response was quick. If we have the opportunity to go to Maine again, we will want to come back.

We had a great time staying at Crimson Hideaway! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved playing in the backyard and running around, and the adults enjoyed relaxing around the bonfire and soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway — peaceful, comfortable, and well thought out. Jeana was super responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Beautiful and cozy house! We loved the large selection of board games, the great outdoor play area, and the relaxing hangout space. The jacuzzi was a real treat in the evenings. One thing to note: the house uses well water, so hot water runs out quickly, especially with a larger group. This was a bit inconvenient, particularly with a baby, but everything else was wonderful. We recommend this place — just be aware of the hot water situation!

We loved our stay at Crimson Hideaway! It is a gorgeous house with all the amenities as listed! The view is spectacular! Our family reunion included small children and the space was perfect! The kids loved the swing set in the backyard and firepit for s'mores! We also enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, especially on a rainy day! We used some of Jeana's recommendations for firewood and groceries and that made check in seamless for multiple arriving families! Jeana was responsive and available to us! We would definitely stay here again!

We had the absolute best weekend trip here as a family! We had an infant and a toddler with us and the amenities were all so thoughtful, making even the littlest of our family feel right at home. The view was beautiful, the home decorated so well, and we kept commenting all weekend on how they really had everything we needed. We would absolutely come back and recommend this spot to anyone!
