**IMPORTANT** ~Rental Agreement~ Guests will promptly receive the Rental Agreement upon booking submission. To receive property access code, guests must e-sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID. ~Security Deposit~ A $500 security deposit hold will be charged off-platform 7 days before check-in. The hold will be released within 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or need for excess cleaning. ~Vacationing with Pets~ * We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) * Contact us for pet approval–Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications, Pet Rules and Pet Fee apply. * Be sure to add the number of pets in your booking request (Under Guests>Scroll down to Pets) so the Pet Fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay is properly included in your booking amount. * We provide a 24”x36” kennel, 2 dog bowls and poop bags. ~Refunds~ Direct bookings provide guests with the best rates by avoiding platform service fees. While we strive to ensure a perfect stay, we cannot offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or personal reasons. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added peace of mind. Additionally, violations of our house rules may result in early departure without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, there is a security camera covering the front entrance and it must remain active at all times.

Beautiful landscaping, brand new equipment, and a home-like feel. We are two family with 7 children, traveling with our parents, ranging in age from 2 to 72, and everyone were able to find a suitable place. On the first night, we found that the upstairs toilet was a little clogged, and the owner immediately came to fix it the next morning. The communication was smooth and the response was quick. If we have the opportunity to go to Maine again, we will want to come back.

We had a great time staying at Crimson Hideaway! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved playing in the backyard and running around, and the adults enjoyed relaxing around the bonfire and soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway — peaceful, comfortable, and well thought out. Jeana was super responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Beautiful and cozy house! We loved the large selection of board games, the great outdoor play area, and the relaxing hangout space. The jacuzzi was a real treat in the evenings. One thing to note: the house uses well water, so hot water runs out quickly, especially with a larger group. This was a bit inconvenient, particularly with a baby, but everything else was wonderful. We recommend this place — just be aware of the hot water situation!

We loved our stay at Crimson Hideaway! It is a gorgeous house with all the amenities as listed! The view is spectacular! Our family reunion included small children and the space was perfect! The kids loved the swing set in the backyard and firepit for s'mores! We also enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, especially on a rainy day! We used some of Jeana's recommendations for firewood and groceries and that made check in seamless for multiple arriving families! Jeana was responsive and available to us! We would definitely stay here again!

We had the absolute best weekend trip here as a family! We had an infant and a toddler with us and the amenities were all so thoughtful, making even the littlest of our family feel right at home. The view was beautiful, the home decorated so well, and we kept commenting all weekend on how they really had everything we needed. We would absolutely come back and recommend this spot to anyone!

Jeana’s home was just as described! We booked this last minute after other plans fell through and it was perfect. We had a great staycation with our family (kids and dogs) and completely relaxed and enjoyed the space. Jeana was very helpful with providing recommendations and super accommodating! Our family loved the arcade games, fire pit, and swing set outside. The views were incredible as well. Definitely recommend!

We took my entire family along with their families to the Crimson Hideaway for a ski weekend and we had an absolute blast. The chalet was phenomenal and was even better than the photographs showed. Our grandkids never left the playroom and hot tub. It had so much to offer. Each bedroom was large, roomy and gorgeous. The main living room and Kitchen was perfect for our large family to socialize. The view of the sunsets on the large deck were breathtaking. It was difficult to leave this house, we didn't want the weekend to end, we plan on coming back in the very near future. Jeana was very accommodating and responded an answered every question quickly and instructions for the house were very easy to access. She even made arrangement for a sentimental stuffed toy that was left behind to be sent back to our Grandson. Thank you, Jeana, you gave our family the best ski weekend experience of our lifetime.

This house was beautiful. We were a party of 13, which included 5 children and a dog! We felt the home was spacious and well organized. It was clean and tasteful decorative. The game room was hit for the kids and the hot tub was a bonus for the adults. The activities we chose were about 30 minutes out from the house ( tubing / ski/snowmobile). Restaurant was about 7 minutes. The host was great in providing recommendations and all information was well explained and easily accessible. We would definitely recommend this house!

Jeana’s house was perfect for our group of 10 guys, mostly couples, and 2 dogs for a ski weekend. All amenities were high end as described and Jeana was so proactive and detailed with instructions that logistics were easy. It’s very close to the mountain and bars, but there was also plenty to do relaxing at the house with game room, hot tub, sauna, and TVs. We would love to stay here again whenever visiting Sunday River!

The house was super comfortable for our group of 11. An abundance of amenities that kept us all entertained and cozy inside. The interior design and attention to detail was so very much adorned and appreciated. The communication was extremely thorough. Our first time skiing in Maine and we loved how close proximity the house was to Sunday River resort. I would recommend this house for anyone with a large group including kids teens and young adults. However it would be also a perfect getaway for a girls trip, family reunion or an intimate family gathering. This really felt like a home…not a rental. We made some great family memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. Thank you!
